    Okay…Bill, I don't want to discourage you from “para sailing” but please think back to Florida…think major forearm pain. Please learn from this experience and when the boat goes and you're are hanging on…GO WITH THE FLOW THIS TIME.

    I am seeing you starting to change your vocabulary as you are referring to yourself…now take it to the next step. At first you are obese, then overweight…now, leave this in the past [well enough of the past] so you can use it as a reference as you begin focusing on being an ex-overweight dietitian. Soon, you'll be a svelte, healthy dietitian. Who is telling your story of someone who once was fat but now is thin.

    And, bravo to you for 'exposing' yourself and working really, really hard to make changes….this takes a lot of chutzpah!
